One day while we were going to restock on provisions we decided to keep going and head north. Portland was our first stop. We found many forrest service roads off the highway that were perfect for camping.

Stopped for some sushi, wasn't bad. Followed it up chatting with a nice Japanese Gentleman who was running a Takoyaki food truck.
We went to the Portland Art Museum to check out the Cyclepedia Exhibit. It was awesome to see the history and interesting designs of bicycles through time. I was fond of the suitcase bike and the snow-bike with a ski as the front wheel.
A Hike to Tumalo Falls. It was fun, it is much more fun if you hike down the side of the hill and get underneath the falls. If you are in the area check it out.
Watching Lord of The Rings Extended addition in the woods next to a river. This greatly enhanced the intensity of the shire.
